LERINS assisted the management-shareholders of the H\u00f4tel Auberge Cavali\u00e8re du Pont des Bannes on its sale to the Atmosph\u00e8re Group, owner of the H\u00f4tel Les Bains in Paris.<\/p>\n
Created in 1989 in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the Auberge Cavali\u00e8re du Pont des Bannes is a 4-star hotel complex with 69 rooms. It is located in an exceptional 4-hectare estate in the heart of the Camargue regional nature park in Provence.<\/p>\n
In addition to major renovation and modernisation work, Hendrik and Odile Steuenberk, who acquired the hotel in 2011, have developed the offer by proposing thematic activities and entertainment to their customers, in connection with the Camargue environment.<\/p>\n
It is the H\u00f4tel Les Bains Paris Group project that has won the support of the selling shareholders, who intend to continue their entrepreneurial and hotel adventures in other destinations.<\/p>\n
For this transaction, LERINS accompanied the selling shareholder managers with a team composed of Guillaume Jarry, partner, and Laetitia Cachin, lawyer.<\/p>\n
