{"id":8075,"date":"2024-06-25T13:29:11","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T11:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lerins.com\/?p=8075"},"modified":"2024-06-25T13:31:50","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T11:31:50","slug":"flashnews-new-provisions-for-companies-covered-by-syntec-cba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lerins.com\/en\/flashnews-new-provisions-for-companies-covered-by-syntec-cba\/","title":{"rendered":"FlashNews | New provisions for companies covered by SYNTEC CBA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>New provisions for companies covered by the technical design offices, consulting engineering firms and consulting companies CBA (SYNTEC).<\/h3>\n<p>The amendment no. 2 of December 13, 2022 to the agreement relating to working hours provided by the SYNTEC CBA was extended by a decree dated of June 12, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>This amendment provides in particular:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the expansion of the scope of beneficiaries of lump-sum in worked days per year: the conclusion of lump-sum in worked days per year is now open to executive employees falling under at least position 2.3 as long as they receive remuneration at least equal to 122% of the minimum wage provided by the CBA for their classification;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0reducing the number of mandatory meetings\u00a0relating to workload monitoring: only one annual meeting is now mandatory (instead of two previously);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the obligation, for companies with more than 250 employees, to designate a disconnection\u00a0referent: the aim of this referent is to raise employee awareness of the issues of disconnection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These new provisions will apply from July 1st, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New provisions for companies covered by the technical design offices, consulting engineering firms and consulting companies CBA (SYNTEC).
