{"id":8431,"date":"2024-10-25T14:41:44","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T12:41:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lerins.com\/?p=8431"},"modified":"2025-04-23T17:54:06","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T15:54:06","slug":"flash-news-new-derogation-from-the-exclusive-practice-of-dedicated-acts-by-ibodes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lerins.com\/en\/flash-news-new-derogation-from-the-exclusive-practice-of-dedicated-acts-by-ibodes\/","title":{"rendered":"Flash News | New derogation from the exclusive practice of dedicated acts by IBODEs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Decree no. 2024-954 of October 23, 2024 on the conditions under which state-qualified nurses may perform the acts and activities mentioned in art. icle R. 4311-11-1 of the Public Health Code by State-qualified nurses, published in the JO of October 25, 2024, sets out a new transitional arrangement enabling State-qualified nurses (IDEs) who do not hold a State-qualified operating room nurse diploma (IBODE) to perform, on an exceptional basis, all the acts and activities specified in article R. 4311-11-1 of the Public Health Code, within operating theatres.
