intermediation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3417\" data-end=\"3599\">\n<p data-start=\"3419\" data-end=\"3599\">Recommended: map partner, local relay, and sub-distributor agreements, identify those promoting products in the supplier\u2019s name, working permanently, and developing client bases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3600\" data-end=\"3822\">\n<p data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3822\">Options: either formalize a commercial agency agreement or redesign tasks to confine partners to purely logistical or marketing roles without real structured prospecting <strong data-start=\"3772\" data-end=\"3803\">\u201cin the name and on behalf\u201d<\/strong> of the supplier.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3824\" data-end=\"4128\">Ultimately, the decisive criterion is no longer contract execution or price control, but <strong data-start=\"3913\" data-end=\"3971\">real influence over purchase or prescription decisions<\/strong>, raising questions about the legal survival of independent \u201cpromoters\u201d or \u201cmedical representatives.\u201d A surge in requalification litigation is anticipated.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4130\" data-end=\"4133\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4135\" data-end=\"4154\">ONLINE PLATFORMS<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4156\" data-end=\"4306\"><strong data-start=\"4156\" data-end=\"4248\">Cour de cassation Clarifies the Fine Line Between Hosting Provider and Content Publisher<\/strong><br data-start=\"4248\" data-end=\"4251\" \/>Cour de cassation \u2013 Commercial Chamber, No. 23-22.723<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4308\" data-end=\"4443\">A
