Lerins advises the Ascentiel Group (formerly LSA Groupe), an independent insurance brokerage group, on the acquisition of the unpaid rent insurance (GLI) business of broker SACAPP-SAA.

SACAPP-SAA, a key player in the unpaid rent market, has for many years been the broker delegate partner of leading insurers such as MACIF and MATMUT for the unpaid rent guarantee (GLI) offer.

With this acquisition, the Ascentiel group takes over SACAPP-SAA’s existing relationships and adds to its portfolio an unpaid rent insurance product essential to the protection of landlords, thus strengthening its offer to private individuals.
