On this day celebrating women worldwide, the Lerins firm is proud to announce that it is committed to the protection and defense of women’s rights.
As such, Antoine Camus, associate, as well as Agathe Lengereau and Daniel De Franco, collaborators, will represent, alongside Stéphane Babonneau, the civil party, the main victim, in the context of the so-called “Rapes of Mazan” trial.
The trial, which will open on September 2 for a duration of more than 4 months at the Vaucluse Criminal Court, highlights facts of exceptional gravity, involving 51 men in a case of chemical submission.
The role of our firm in this extraordinary case, which does not fall within our usual core business in criminal matters, illustrates our commitment against violence against women on a daily basis.
