Yohann-David Saadoun advises French and foreign clients (companies, investment funds and managers) on M&A, Private Equity and Leveraged Buyout (LBO-MBO) transactions.

He regularly advises companies (startups and scaleups) as well as international investors on early stage rounds (pre-seed and seed rounds) and post-seed rounds (Series A rounds, etc.)

Yohann-David has also developed an in-depth expertise in LBO-MBO transactions. He is more particularly involved in the structuring of the foregoing transactions on the management side, with a specific expertise in assisting target companies and management teams on the structuring of management package.

He also assists French and cross-border corporate groups on the structuring of management packages.

Yohann-David’s initial experience and background in market finance enable him to provide a deeper financial insight on the transactions he is involved in.
