Structured around 8 main areas of expertise: Dispute resolution, Corporate M&A-Private Equity, Healthcare, Employment, Real estate, Tech & Data, Intellectual property and Tax, our lawyers support a client base that includes major French and international groups, midsized companies, investment funds and institutional players, as well as start-ups and scale-ups.

Our firm is proud to be EcoVadis certified, a global benchmark for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) performance. This certification rigorously assesses companies on four key CSR pillars: environment, human and labor rights, ethics and responsible purchasing. Lerins is committed to adopting and promoting practices that are sustainable, transparent and respectful of the planet and its people.
Our environmental commitment
Selective waste sorting: we encourage our team members to separate recyclable materials from regular waste in order to reduce our ecological footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Zero plastic policy: we have adopted sustainable alternatives, notably for drinks and lunches served on our premises (deliveries with reduced packaging, reusable cutlery, etc.).
Reducing carbon footprint: we provide our teams with recommendations for reducing energy consumption and limiting greenhouse gas emissions, to help combat climate change.
Our teams' quality of life at work (QWL)
Working with pleasure is at the heart of our philosophy, as we firmly believe that the professional and personal satisfaction of our employees is essential to providing the highest quality services. With this in mind, we have set up a QWL commission to discuss and implement actions that contribute to the well-being, training and development of our employees.
As part of our commitment to safety in the workplace, we have collaborated with the Protection Civile to offer comprehensive first-aid training to all our employees. This training equips them with the essential skills to respond effectively to any medical emergency.
Our commitment to AI regulation in the dubbing industry
Lerins is actively involved with associations such as Les Voix and United Voice Artists, a worldwide grouping of dubbing guilds, unions and associations, to support their lobbying efforts in France and internationally.
Our mission is to advise these organizations in their efforts to regulate the use of artificial intelligence in the dubbing industry. In this context, we have had the opportunity to present our positions to major players such as SAG-AFTRA (the American actors' and artists' union), the International Federation of Actors, ARCOM and the French Ministry of Culture.

Our anchoring in the French tech ecosystem
In addition, as part of the French “tech” eco-system, we are constantly experimenting with, evaluating and, where necessary, adopting innovative digital solutions, so as to focus our lawyers' activities more and more on value-added support for our customers. To this end, we use tools such as Doctrine, Luminance, Closd, Trello, Legalpilot, Nuclino and Xelians' Izikap, which enables our customers to dematerialize securities movement registers using a blockchain solution.
