Bruno Martin advises and assists major retail chains, industrial and agri-food groups, as well as insurance groups, notably in competition litigation and restrictive competition practices, before administrative authorities as well as civil, commercial and criminal courts.
He also acts on behalf of his corporate and management clients in the context of administrative investigations carried out by the supervisory authorities, and has significant experience in business criminal law.
