Lerins advised Kuantom, the creator of an innovative cocktail solution, on its €5m Series A financing round with the SEB group and SOCADIF Capital Investissement, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole d’Ile-de France.
Since May 2021, Kuantom has been marketing the patented ‘Orkestra’ cocktail machine, whose technology makes it possible to prepare cocktails designed by renowned mixologists in just a few seconds and without any special skills.
Manufactured in France in a facility that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities, this technology makes cocktail service available to the CHR (Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants and Bars) sector.
It will enable the start-up, which is firmly rooted in the French Tech ecosystem, to accelerate its growth, strengthen its position in the BtoB cocktail market, and continue to innovate to enhance the customer experience.
Lerins advised Kuantom on corporate aspects, with a team consisting of Laurent Julienne, partner, and Yohann-David Saadoun, counsel.
SEB and SOCADIF were advised by Joffe & Associés, with a team comprising partner Virginie Belle and associate Rémi Rodriguez.
