For the third year in a row, Arnaud Picard co-hosted the Multilaw Academy as a member of the Faculty, between July 30 and August 5 in Dublin, Ireland.
This conference, dedicated to young colleagues belonging to our international network of international lawyers, has for purpose to train the latter to the negotiation of a cross-border transaction and then to an international pre-litigation situation, as well as to create new bounds within Multilaw. The feedback from the delegates was excellent, in particular concerning Arnaud’s presentations relating to Cultural differences in international arbitration and the comparison between trials in civil law and common law systems.
