Arnaud Picard, partner, was present this Tuesday 2 April 2024 at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, as part of its annual conference organized by the Paris 1 Master 2 in General Private Law, on the “Mutations of property”.
He participated alongside Bruno Dondero, Sarah Bros, Laurent Aynès and Gauthier Blanluet, in a round table mediated by Daniel Maninguy on economic properties, and presented a focus on commercial property: valuation issues, freedom or restrictions of transfer.
A successful conference, rich in knowledge sharing, organized by he students of the Paris 1 Master 2 in General Private Law, and in particular Baptise Burghardt, Clémence Mercier and Viviane Grignon-Derenne.
