Ariane Berthoud advises borrowers and lenders at all stages of their financing transactions, in France, Europe and Africa. She acts on acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, project finance, as well as debt restructurings, from the selection of the appropriate instruments through to closing.

She works closely with the firm’s Corporate and M&A practices, ensuring clients receive seamless coverage across all dimensions of a transaction.

Ariane has devoted the majority of her career to financing transactions at leading international law firms.
