Elsa Rodrigues devotes her expertise to the resolution of complex business-related disputes for French and foreign clients.
With a seasoned practice in commercial litigation and product liability, she assists clients from a wide range of sectors to support their projects, protect their activities and resolve any inherent difficulties through amicable or contentious means.
She also assists companies, as well as their directors and shareholders, in resolving corporate disputes. In particular, she handles post-acquisition disputes, conflicts between shareholders, and the dismissal and liability of directors.
With a recognized expertise in digital and IT litigation, she also handles all issues relating to the liability of online platforms, in particular for access and published content, and supports clients in resolving all disputes relating to the performance or termination of IT contracts.
Elsa Rodrigues intervenes regularly in sensitive, high-exposure cases, such as the Crédit Martiniquais bank bankruptcy litigation, the seizure of foreign aircraft on French territory, the case concerning access by minors to adult content on the Internet, or the litigation relating to the estate of Christian Audigier.

In all circumstances, Elsa adapts her strategy and resorts to various methods of dispute resolution, including negotiation, amicable settlement mechanisms such as mediation, legal proceedings or arbitration.
She has extensive experience in international arbitration (institutional and ad hoc) and is particularly experienced in amicable resolution processes, being an accredited mediator with the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAP), the Mediation & Resolution institution, and the Paris Court of Appeal.
