Johann Sultan advises and litigates on all aspects of employment law.
He assists and advises French companies and the French subsidiaries of international groups on all labor law issues, particularly the social aspects of mergers and acquisitions (audits, assessment of social consequences, implementation and negotiation of employment protection plans), collective bargaining, and individual and collective labor relations.
He also has litigation expertise, supporting companies and their executives before labor, civil, and criminal courts, as well as administrative authorities.
Johann has developed strong sectoral expertise with companies in the retail and luxury sectors, particularly in the fashion industry.
