Laurent Julienne specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, management packages, financing, governance/partner disputes and special projects combining all these skills.
He assists start-ups, scale-ups and innovative intrapreneurship projects, and also advises clients on cryptoassets and their integration into business models and corporate financing.
In this capacity, he is founder and chairman of “The Chain Expert Group”, a collective of practitioners dedicated to cryptoassets.
He systematically takes a cross-cutting approach to the cases and projects entrusted to him, adressing their legal issues while taking into consideration their accounting, tax, managerial and economic dimensions.
He is the author of numerous articles on management packages, corporate governance and shareholder disputes management. He also wrote a book about incentive schemes entitled “Le Management Package – Outil d’intéressement au capital des salariés et dirigeants” (2023 – Juri-Editing).
Laurent Julienne also runs the management-package.com website, dedicated to techniques and tools for boosting loyalty and motivation, and co-hosts Gouvernance et conflits entre associés.
