Luc Castagnet specializes in corporate restructuring, particularly in the healthcare and biotech sectors.

He advises both public and private operators on traditional acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and the creation of new structures, including healthcare cooperation groups bringing together public and private healthcare establishments, as well as practitioners.

He also specializes in real estate law for single-use premises (clinics, parking lots, hotels, cinemas), and advises both French and foreign clients.

Luc Castagnet teaches healthcare business law at the University of Montpellier and is the author of several publications.
