Marc Gervais works mainly in the new technologies, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution of industrial products sectors.

He advises a wide variety of players – start-ups and scale-ups, business angels, family-offices and industrial groups – on their acquisitions, equity partnerships, financing and disposals, and investments.

He also assists his clients in structuring employee and management profit-sharing schemes.

Marc is also developing a consultancy business for impact companies.

He draws on his dual expertise in corporate law and management to integrate economic and managerial issues, as well as accounting and tax implications, into the transactions entrusted to him, in coordination with the various parties involved.
