Suzana Joaquim Maudslay has developed extensive experience in commercial litigation, as well as in criminal business law and intellectual property law, both as counsel and in litigation, on behalf of major companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including retail, finance, insurance, fashion, communications, cosmetics and audiovisual.

She advises large French and foreign companies, as well as SMEs and their directors, on complex pre-litigation and litigation matters, and assists them before French courts (civil, commercial and criminal), as well as in criminal or administrative investigation proceedings.

She is particularly involved in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and commercial partnerships, as well as in any resulting litigation, or in competition, criminal law and intellectual property audits and the implementation of compliance plans.

She is regularly involved in distribution litigation and business criminal law and takes part in criminal investigations and criminal hearings.

She is one of the dedicated emergency defence lawyers of the Paris Bar.
