Lerins has advised South African entrepreneur and investor Henk Pretorius on the acquisition of an 80% stake in Tinkso SAS, a French agency specializing in no-code development.
This strategic move reflects Pretorius’s ambition to build a leading European group in a rapidly growing market. A seasoned entrepreneur with a track record in data research and analytics ventures, Henk Pretorius is now focused on acquiring and scaling high-potential tech businesses, particularly in the fields of technology, data, and automation.
Founded in 2018, Tinkso is now ranked among the world’s top five no-code development firms and holds the leading position in Europe. The agency serves a broad client base across sectors including fintech, human resources, logistics, and online marketplaces. Founders Matthieu Mazzega and Vincent Krouwels will retain a 20% stake and continue to lead the company in close partnership with the new majority shareholder.
Lerins advised Henk Pretorius on the corporate aspects of the transaction. The deal team included partner Laurent Segal, counsel Julia André, and associate Anne Souchet.
