Lerins supported SPHERE Investments LLC, a leading US healthcare infrastructure investor, in its acquisition of a 50% equity stake by Inter Gestion Groupe, a specialist in real estate investment solutions for its European activities.
Founded in 2004 by CEO Didier Choukroun and based in Miami FL, SPHERE Investments is a pioneering player at the intersection of public health and real estate investment.
Formerly known as Flagler Healthcare Investments, the group stands out for the integration of a healthcare data analytics platform into its business model, as well as for its team of public health experts and technicians.
The agreement with Inter Gestion Groupe, which has a long track record in the design and management of investment funds, aims to develop an innovative investment offering committed to a global approach to healthcare, aimed at institutional investors, family offices, pension funds and retail clients.
