LERINS advised the shareholders of NEW TONE, a French company specializing in the creation of models and prototypes for the cosmetics, luxury goods and architecture sectors, in the context of a Management Buy-In (MBI) transaction.
Following the transaction, a majority stake in NEW TONE is now held by a consortium of private investors led by Florent GOFFARD, who has taken over the operational management of the company with the objective of continuing and strengthening the development initiatives launched in recent years.
Éric FIESSINGER, previously Chairman of NEW TONE, retains a minority shareholding.
Founded more than 40 years ago, NEW TONE supports its clients in the design and production of models and prototypes for the luxury, cosmetics and architecture industries. The company combines technical expertise with deep experience in managing bespoke projects and has been recognized as a Living Heritage Company (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant).
LERINS advised the shareholders of NEW TONE on all corporate aspects of the transaction, with a team comprising Laurent Julienne (Partner), Julia André (Counsel), Yohann-David Saadoun (Counsel) and Noé Migeon (Associate).
