Lerins advises Lesjöfors AB, a subsidiary of the listed Swedish industrial group Beijer Alma AB, on the conclusion of an agreement to acquire Établissements Lacroix SAS.
Lacroix is a French manufacturer of compression springs, specializing in high technology and supplying strategic sectors such as hydraulics, general industry, medical and aerospace.
With a broad customer base, the company generates annual sales of approximately 6.5 million euros and employs 46 people at its Meung-sur-Loire plant in the Centre-Val-de-Loire region of France.
This acquisition will enable the Lesjöfors AB group, which benefits of an expertise in industrial springs dating back to 1872 and nearly 40 production companies in many countries, to establish itself in France, one of the most dynamic markets for compression springs.
The Lerins team involved alongside Lesjöfors AB in this transaction comprises Laurent Segal, partner, Marc Gervais, counsel, and Anne Souchet, associate.
The seller is advised by the firm Aramis, with a team comprising Aymeric de Mol, partner and Héloïse Gravel, associate.
