LERINS and the CMAP are thrilled to invite you during the 2025 Paris Arbitration Week to a panel dedicated to the future of international dispute resolution, which will likely be a combination of international arbitration and mediation.
Surveys have shown that international arbitration is the preferred method of resolving cross-border disputes for 90% of respondents, 59% of whom use arbitration in combination with another form of ADR.
Using an ARB-MED approach enables participants to combine the attributes they seek in both dispute resolution mechanisms.
Our panelists will discuss this trend and how to use a hybrid approach in your practice.
