Modification of a technical operating condition of the “Rehabilitation” home hospitalization authorization
The reform of health care activity authorizations has made home hospitalization a health care activity in its own right, requiring a specific authorization and no longer belonging to an exceptional regime.
Decree no. 2025-4 of January 3, 2025, published in the Journal Officiel on January 4 and coming into force on January 5, 2024, has modified one of the technical operating conditions of the “rehabilitation” section of the home hospitalization authorization.
