Lerins supported the Xelians group, the French leader in document information management, in its acquisition of a majority stake in SoDoc, a publisher specializing in Microsoft 365 environments.
The Xelians group is France’s leading provider of document information management services. A major player in the outsourcing and management of physical and electronic document flows, Xelians employs 800 people, serving more than 11,000 customers.
SoDoc has established itself as a benchmark player by developing a document management software suite (EDM solutions) in the Microsoft 365 environment.
The integration of SoDoc into the Xelians group represents a major step forward in Xelians’ development strategy, strengthening the group’s publishing and integration expertise, and expanding its document management offering within the Microsoft ecosystem, which is currently used by the vast majority of Xelians’ customers.
