LERINS is pleased to announce the promotion of Marc GERVAIS as Counsel in the M&A-Private Equity practice.
Marc GERVAIS advises growth companies, groups of companies and their managers on their external growth, financing, investment and disposal transactions. He also assists his clients in the structuring of employee and management incentive plans. He is particularly involved in the new technologies and health sectors, two of the firm’s key areas of expertise.
Marc has spent his entire career as a lawyer with LERINS. He is a graduate of ESSEC (Grande Ecole program) and the University of Paris-Saclay (Master 2 in Business Law). He uses this dual expertise to develop a cross-functional approach to the cases he is entrusted with.
LERINS’ M&A-Private Equity team consists of fifteen lawyers and legal advisors. It was recently distinguished in the Palmarès du Droit 2022 and in the 2022 edition of The Legal 500 international guide.
