Lerins announces the appointment of two new partners: Isaure Bouvier (Healthcare Law) and Marc Gervais (M&A – Private Equity). With a total of 16 partners, the firm reaffirms its growth strategy built around a multidisciplinary platform.
Isaure Bouvier advises all stakeholders in the healthcare sector – healthcare professionals, institutions, investors and project sponsors – on structuring their activities, growth transactions, and regulatory and contractual matters. She is particularly involved in the implementation of new professional practice models, with a focus on multi-professional cooperation and bridges between private practices and healthcare institutions.
Marc Gervais advises French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and management packages. His client base includes multinational groups, small and mid-market companies, start-ups and scale-ups as well as investment funds, in particular in the technology, industrial and healthcare sectors.

ISAURE BOUVIER – PARTNER, HEALTHCARE
Isaure Bouvier advises healthcare professionals – including physicians, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians and midwives – on the full range of healthcare corporate, regulatory and contractual matters. Her experience includes the formation of professional practice entities and shared services structures, the design of multidisciplinary cooperation frameworks (including with public and private healthcare institutions), internal and external growth strategies, and partial or full business divestitures.
She also advises healthcare and medico-social institutions on regulatory matters, including authorizations, cooperation arrangements, healthcare cooperation groups (GCS), and interactions with regulatory authorities. Isaure Bouvier has developed particular expertise in advising young practitioners and healthcare entrepreneurs on new models of professional practice.
Isaure Bouvier began her career in the healthcare department of Ginestié Paley-Vincent before joining Lerins. She holds a Master’s degree in General Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2017.
MARC GERVAIS – PARTNER, M&A – PRIVATE EQUITY
Marc Gervais advises French and international clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers, strategic alliances, private equity investments, growth financings (Series A, B, etc.), strategic restructurings and disposals. He also assists his clients on governance matters and on the structuring of incentive schemes for executives and managers.
With a dual background in law and business, Marc Gervais provides clients with a comprehensive view of legal, financial, tax and management considerations.
Marc Gervais has been practicing at Lerins since 2015. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from Université Paris-Saclay and is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (Grande École – Master in Management). He has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2015.
