Our Financing department advises borrowers and lenders at every stage of their transactions, in France, Europe and Africa. We advise on four principal types of financing: acquisition finance, structured finance, project finance and corporate finance.
Our experience of complex matters enables us to support our clients both upstream — structuring, selection of instruments, closing — and downstream, throughout the life of their financing arrangements.
Our areas of expertise
- Advising financial institutions and borrowers on the legal structuring of acquisition financings and LBO transactions, as well as syndicated and structured financings.
- Advising on the selection of the product best suited to the proposed financing (senior debt, unitranche, senior/mezzanine, Term Loan B, PIK, etc.).
