About
Elsa Rodrigues trained with the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) from which she obtained the CMAP/ESCP certification, with Mediator Claude Amar (mentorship), and with the International Academy of Mediators (IAM). She is registered on the list of mediators of CMAP, the Institution Mediation & Resolution and the Paris Court of Appeal.
Also a lawyer at the Paris and New York bars, Elsa Rodrigues is a partner within Lerins’ Dispute Resolution team, in charge of the practice of Amicable Dispute Resolution. She is responsible for the partnership established between Lerins and the CMAP since 2020.
