A seasoned mediator, Elsa Rodrigues has dedicated her career to resolving complex business-related disputes, for both French and international actors, since 2008.
About
Elsa Rodrigues trained with the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP), from which she obtained the CMAP/ESCP certification, under the mentorship of mediator Claude Amar, and with the International Academy of Mediators (IAM). She is registered on the list of mediators of CMAP, the Institution “Mediation & Resolution” and the Paris Court of Appeal.
Also a member of the Paris and New York bars, Elsa Rodrigues is a partner within Lerins’ Dispute Resolution team, heading the Amicable Dispute Resolution practice.
She has been responsible for the partnership between Lerins and CMAP since 2020.
