Our partner Bruno Lorit publishes an article in Gestions hospitalières on the resumption of tariff controls for public and private healthcare establishments, known as “T2A”, interrupted in 2019 due to the covid crisis and which are due to resume in autumn 2024.
While the arrangements for these controls remain broadly unchanged, certain changes will need to be taken into consideration by healthcare establishments in order to better prepare for these controls and minimize, as far as possible, their financial consequences.
