The team adapts its strategy to the specific needs of each case and uses different methods of dispute resolution, in particular amicable settlement mechanisms such as negotiation, conciliation or mediation. The teams has extensive experience, with certain its members being certified as Mediators by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP) and the Paris Court of Appeal.
Mediation
Our lawyers are trained in mediation, and some are accredited mediators. Lerins is an active member of the Académie de la Médiation and the International Academy of Mediators (IAM). Since 2020, the firm has also been a partner of the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP).
