Laurent Segal specializes in external growth operations (acquisitions, mergers, divestments of companies or entire business lines), internal restructuring of corporate groups and is also involved in the field of corporate governance and disputes between partners.
Laurent has also developed recognized expertise in strategic alliances, joint ventures and inter-company consortiums, particularly in the industrial, medical and commercial sectors.
He works mainly for international groups and their French subsidiaries, small and medium-sized businesses (mainly within family groups), and more specifically in the industrial, medical devices, media, services, insurance and new technologies sectors.
Laurent Ségal takes a holistic approach to advising his clients, providing not only technical expertise in corporate law and transactional negotiation, but also advice on operational and financial aspects. To this end, he generally coordinates multi-disciplinary legal, labor, tax and IP/IT teams with investment bankers, financial auditors and wealth management advisors.
