Marc advises French and international groups, small and mid-cap companies, start-ups/scale-ups and investment funds.
He is particularly active in the tech, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Graduated both with a master’s degree in business and tax law and a master’s degree in business administration from ESSEC Business School, Marc systematically takes into account the accounting, tax and managerial implications of the transactions assigned to him.
