Artificial intelligence and copyright: on June 13, 2024, Mathilde Croze, partner in IT and personal data, will participate in the conference on the theme “Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence – Towards a (re)conciliation of New Technologies with the Right to Author?”, organized by the National Union of Authors and Composers, the National Confederation of Lawyers and REALEX Avocats.
She will speak in workshop no. 2 entitled “What contractual mechanisms for reconciliation?” next to :
