Faced with today’s challenges (medical deserts, attractiveness of healthcare establishments, financialization, etc.), it is vital to be able to meet the expectations of healthcare professionals, in order to improve their conditions of practice and thus guarantee the quality of patient care throughout the country.

The legal tools available to reinvent historical models in line with operators’ needs are numerous, but sometimes little-known:

  • Group practice between professionals of different orders (doctors, midwives, physiotherapists, etc.): from the simple sharing of resources to the creation of a genuine care pathway in multi-professional health centers, SELs, health centers, etc.
  • Mixed practice by hospital practitioners, in their affiliated establishment, in a clinic or in a dedicated medical office, alone or in a group: economic advantages and administrative constraints
  • Cooperation between public and private healthcare establishments: health cooperation groups, AIG, partnership agreements.
