“Valletoux” decree on authorizations held by health cooperation groups (GSCs) “de moyens” – publication in the Journal officiel
Law n°2023-1268 of December 27, 2023, known as the “Valletoux Law”, amended article L. 6133-7 of the French Public Health Code to enable certain health cooperation groups “de moyens” to hold authorizations for healthcare activities without having to transform into a GCS Etablissements de santé.
The implementing decree was published in the Journal Officiel on December 31st, 2024, finally setting out the list of healthcare activity authorizations that could be held by a GCS “de moyens”.
The derogation introduced by the Valletoux law is thus limited to the following authorizations:
- Nuclear medicine activity
- Biological activity for medically assisted procreation
- Interventional radiology activity
