INTERNATIONAL
Lerins has significant practice in international matters. To do so, it relies on the LAW network (Lawyers Associated Worldwide), for which it is the exclusive representative in France.
This network was selected for its technical excellence and the shared values of its members. It enables our firm to advise and assist French companies in international transactions and matters.
Lerins has thus developed a recognized practice in setting up and acquiring structures throughout the world for French and foreign clients. The firm also advises foreign clients in their transactions in France.

She was appointed representative for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) within the Executive committee of LAW in April 2023, allowing her to play an even greater role within the organization. Together with other influent members of the Executive Committee, Mathilde CROZE aims at developing and raising the profile of the LAW network.
